Oladele holds a Master of Laws Degree (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick, and he is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained his LLB Degree, and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, the Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, and Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators.
He is an astute, pragmatic and resourceful lawyer with a track record of providing quality legal services on a wide range of non- contentious and contentious issues. He is also a registered capital market consultant with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Oladele was a recipient of the prestigious 40 under 40 ESQ Legal awards in 2016. In 2022, he was also awarded the Managing Partner of the year award by the ESQ Legal awards and has presented several papers and facilitated trainings on law, finance, corporate governance and real estate.
He is currently the Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee of the NBA-SBL and the Honorary Vice-president of the Warwick University Nigeria Alumni Association. He is also a Notary Public of Nigeria.
He enjoys playing chess and golf.
